When we come out to your home or business, we will provide you with a complete and thorough inspection starting on the exterior and focusing on conducive conditions. These are things that make it favorable to having an infestation. We will give you tips and recommendations on how to help us help you to keep your home insect free. Conducive conditions are things like heavy foliage and/or tree limbs touching the structure, soil levels too high, wood to ground contact, rotted wood, excess moisture, etc.

Termites cause more damage each year than floods, fires, and tornadoes combined. And its not covered by your insurance. Be proactive, Make The Right Call. Seal up windows and doors - When termite swarmers come out, they can get inside through broken window screens and doors with cracks and openings. Don’t store wood against your house - Stacking wood against the side of the house or allowing climbing plants or bushy gardens to grow against it can attract termites to your home. Put space between wood and soil - Construct wood fences and support posts with a two inch clearance between the wood and the soil. Clean up construction sites - Clean up wood debris, remove any concrete form boards that may have been left behind, etc.
